Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@bestfittedusa.com to initiate a return
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package your item securely with the RMA number clearly marked
  4. Ship the package to our return address provided in the return confirmation

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

  • Store credit: Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Original payment method: Processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return
  • Please note that shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Please follow the same return process and indicate your exchange preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returns.
